ZZAZEN joins the Orange Babies Biking Tour in Afrika!
ORANGE BABIES ZAMBIA TOUR 2016
Dear all,
For fifteen years, Orange Babies Foundation is successfully committed to stop the huge HIV problem in Africa. In the end of September I go cycling for Orange Babies in Zambia. A mountain bike ride that takes us from Lusaka to Victoria Falls in Livingstone. We visit Orange Babies projects and help where needed. The purpose of this Zambia Biking Tour is to raise sponsor donations as much as possible for saving babies. With every 100 euro an HIV-free baby is born, even though the mother is infected. In addition to saving babies Orange Babies supports children who have lost their parents to AIDS. Orange Babies provides them with nutrition, medication, love and education. Every donation is therefore greatly welcome the babies and children!
My motivation!
Six months ago, I met Florence Ngobeni and I found her story heartbreaking . She told me she was hit by HIV when she was pregnant with her second child. She gave birth and lost her baby, very sad but thanks to Orange Babies she has brought a healthy third child in the world. I was so touched by her story that I decided to go for Orange Babies, therefore I am very happy that I get the chance to participate in the Zambia Tour 2016. I am delighted that we will drive by bike from project to project in Zambia to the meet children and staff. I feel privileged that we can give help where it is needed and that we can see with our own eyes where the donations are spent.
