Having a green ZZAZEN smoothie in the morning provides a natural, fresh energy boost for the day and is a perfect way to support the body’s elimination and detox processes!
An easy, yummy and simple smoothie recipe:
Add water in the blender (1,5 L.) and add your favorite fresh fruit next. Our favorite smoothie is with red berries, orange, apple, pineapple, kiwi, lemonjuice (fresh). Add one spoon ZZAZEN and at last add some spinach. Turn your blender on and your smoothie is ready in a few minutes!
